The Mora Garberg is Morakniv's first full tang knife - making it their most durable and toughest to date. It is well suited for general outdoor tasks such as carving, whittling, skinning, and food preparation, however, with the Garberg's full tang it can take on more demanding bushcraft tasks like batoning. The Mora Garberg features a true Scandinavian grind, a drop point profile, and an unpolished spine making it suitable for use with a firesteel. It comes in either stainless, carbon, or black carbon steel blades (blade has a very hard, scratch-resistant thin DLC coating - about 1.5μm - which helps to protects the carbon steel from corrosion).
Sheath options include a multi-mount sheath (for wearing on your belt, or attaching to MOLLE packs, or to other surfaces), a belt wearable leather sheath, or a poly sheath with belt loop.
