Returns Policy
We hope that every transaction at Atlas Outdoors is a great one. However, we do realize that sometimes mistakes happen. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please review the return policy below. At anytime, feel free to contact us at info@atlasoutdoors.ca for any questions you may have.
In-Store Returns: Items in unused, new condition may be returned within 25 days with the original receipt for a full refund to the original payment method. Original packaging is preferred but not required. After 25 days, store credit may be issued for items in resalable condition, subject to inspection.
Online Returns: Items purchased online may be returned within 25 days of delivery in unused, like-new condition for a full refund to the original payment method. Original packaging is preferred but not required. After 25 days, store credit may be issued for items in resalable condition, subject to inspection. To initiate a return, send an email to info@atlasoutdoors.ca for a return authorization and prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
General Terms: Food, worn clothing, and consumables are non-returnable. Defective items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 60 days with proof of purchase. For lost receipts, contact us at info@atlasoutdoors.ca for assistance. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or suspect fraudulent activity.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. All other returns require customers to pay return shipping costs.
