Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    • We offer shipping options for orders within Canada, calculated at check out

    • Occasionally, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Watch banner notifications on our website for these deals!

    • Estimated delivery time: Standard (generally 3-7 business days depending on the carrier you choose)

  3. In-store Pickup

    • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Warman, SK. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours. We will send you an email or text message when your order is ready.

    • Our pickup hours are:

      • Monday - Wednesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

      • Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm

      • Friday: Noon - 7:00pm

      • Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm

    • We currently only have shipping options set for addresses within Canada.

    • Please email us (info@atlasoutdoors.ca) or call us (306-500-0369) for international shipping rates

  4. How do I check the status of my order?

    • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
